Currently a feasibility study for
the provision of additional roof top exercise studios to
the existing gymnasium. The roof space was until recently
used for 5 a side football, but has since been closed due to
the condition of the enclosing railings.
Important considerations in developing
the serrated form of the roof were:
1. to avoid dominating the attractive
existing art deco facade which dates from the buildings
original use as a cinema.
