A Grade II listed 3-storey, terraced house situated in the Emsworth Conservation Area. The property dates from circa 1750 and also comprises an existing outbuilding, originally a stable, which sits between the house and a narrow south facing garden. The brief was simple; to produce a scheme that would allow the small outbuilding to be used as a garden room, without losing the existing storage for bikes and golf clubs.
