A prospective 2 storey extension for the
world headquarters of Toni & Guy’s international
range of hairdressing salons. Our role was to provide
specialist advice and produce a high quality design that would
satisfy the stringent planning criteria within the Oxford
Street Conservation Area. Our solution combines external
expression of the internal spatial functions of training salon
(barrel vaulted and lit from either end) and offices in a
contemporary yet contextual architectural composition. Our
innovative and creative approach was welcomed by both Client
and Camden Borough Council alike.
